Payments - how it works

Paying for the job is easy!

Here’s how to pay on Yepstr:

1. Make sure the job is booked in the app, that way both you and the teenager are insured and receive reminders.
2. Once the job is done, the teenager will report their time.
3. You’ll get a notification and can pay with just a click or two.

Frequently Asked Questions

The job took more or less time than expected, how do I fix that?

No problem! When it’s time to pay, you’ll be able to adjust the start and end time to make sure the payment is correct.

We didn’t book the job in the app. Can I still pay?

Yes! Just open the chat with the teenager and click “Pay” – that’s all you need to do.

How long does it take for the teenager to get paid?

No time at all! As soon as you pay, the teenager will receive their salary.‍

We agreed on a different hourly rate. How do we change it?

Go to your chat with the teenager, tap the three dots in the top right corner, then select “Change hourly rate.”

‍Update it to what you agreed on – it will apply to both current and future bookings.
