Cancellation policy for teenagers

When you accept a job, you’re expected to show up and complete it as agreed. If something comes up, always let the customer know in advance - it shows respect and gives them a chance to find a replacement.

When you accept a job on Yepstr, you take on a responsibility - someone is counting on you to show up and complete the task you’ve agreed on. Cancelling late or not showing up can cause major problems for the person who booked your help. We understand that things can happen, but it’s important to show respect for each other’s time and commitment.

If something comes up, contact the customer as soon as possible. We recommend notifying them at least 24 hours before the job starts so they have a chance to find a replacement.

Not showing up at the agreed time without informing the customer is taken very seriously. When you’ve accepted a job, it’s a commitment - just like any other job. If you fail to show up without getting in touch, it may result in you being blocked from taking on more jobs on Yepstr.

So remember - things can happen, but what matters most is communicating in time.
